Full job description Job Description: Amazon FBA Wholesale Manager & Brand Approval Specialist We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Manager & Brand Approval Specialist to join our dynamic team at Payework Consultant and Trainings. This role is critical to our mission of helping businesses thrive on Amazon, and we are looking for a results-driven individual with proven expertise in the Amazon FBA Wholesale model and brand approval processes. Responsibilities: • Amazon FBA Wholesale Management: • Strategize and manage wholesale operations on Amazon platforms. • Source and build relationships with suppliers, distributors, and brands. • Conduct product research and analysis to identify profitable wholesale opportunities. • Negotiate terms with suppliers and ensure compliance with Amazon policies. • Handle order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies. • Brand Approval Specialist Duties: • Lead the brand approval process to expand the portfolio of brands. • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for brand and product approvals. • Communicate effectively with Amazon to resolve issues and expedite approvals. • Maintain a record of approved brands and ongoing approvals. • Account Management & Optimization: • Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon wholesale accounts. • Optimize listings, keywords, and pricing strategies to increase sales and profitability. • Monitor account health and ensure adherence to Amazon policies and guidelines. • Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve performance. • Team Collaboration & Training: • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to develop and implement strategies. • Provide mentorship and training to team members on FBA Wholesale best practices. • Stay updated with the latest Amazon trends, tools, and policies. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Amazon FBA Wholesale and brand approval. • Skills: • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA Wholesale workflows. • Expertise in brand approval processes and dealing with Amazon support teams. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
