We are seeking positive, friendly, and safety-focused individuals for our entry-level Flight Attendant positions based in Hollywood/Burbank (BUR). Core Responsibilities: 'No experience' is necessary! We provide comprehensive paid training. Your primary role is to ensure the safety of our customers and provide a friendly, efficient in-flight experience. You will perform pre-flight safety checks, safety demonstrations, and provide our 'Soul of Service' hospitality, including in-flight sales. Qualifications & Requirements: We are looking for team players with a passion for service. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport is essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required. 2+ years of customer service and sales experience is preferred. Training & Work Schedule: A key benefit of Avelo's model is our 'out-and-back' flying. Most routes are 'day shift' focused, allowing you to be home most nights. This is not a 'night shift' job with long layovers. However, full flexibility for 'weekend' and holiday assignments is required. Compensation & Benefits: Avelo offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $34,000 to $55,000 (based on flight hours), plus sales commissions.
