Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world\'s largest publishers.</p> <p>As a Channel Manager you’ll help towards the success of LADbible Originals award‑winning long‑form content offering across YouTube and other Broadcast‑ready platforms.</p> <p>You’ll help run the activation strategy – from planning and publishing to creative presentation and performance analysis. Every thumbnail, title, and playlist you optimise helps drive discovery for our millions of viewers and listeners.</p> <p>You’ll dive into data and competitive insights to refine our approach, shape content strategy, and guide programming and marketing decisions.</p> <p>You’ll help expand our content partnerships through having a deep understanding of our content archive.</p> <h2>What the opportunity looks like</h2> <ul> <li>YouTube Channel Management: Manage our three Original YouTube channels – LADbible Stories, LADbible Entertainment & SPORTbible – including uploading videos to our main & YouTube Shorts feed, streamlining and optimising metadata, and holistically managing content and playlists. Your contribution will ensure that our channels have a consistent publishing strategy and offer engaging and relevant content for our audience.</li> <li>Create graphic designs for our brands on YouTube (thumbnails, banners, etc.), meticulously crafted according to our highest quality standards and the graphic guidelines set for each of our brands.</li> <li>Lead the general broadcast content strategy activation and publishing across Spotify and our own LADbible FAST channel on Samsung TVs – optimising for both reach and revenue.</li> <li>Maximise the performance of our channels by working on their SEO, analysing video performance to increase content impressions, average view duration, and watch time. Then you’ll report on these trends back to the team to relay interesting insights.</li> <li>Ensure IP branding and content consistency across multiple digital platforms.</li> <li>You’ll update the team on industry trends and best practices.</li> <li>By leveraging our extensive catalogue of Original content and upcoming releases, you’ll identify and share relevant material with creators, fan communities, and media outlets proactively, while also engaging with brand pages to drive contributor participation and strengthen community connections.</li> <li>Help strengthen and grow our network of distribution and sponsorship partners by identifying new platforms, nurturing ongoing relationships, and presenting clear value in our longform programming.</li> </ul> <h2>Skills and experience we’d like you to have</h2> <ul> <li>Proven track record with 2-3+ years managing high‑performing YouTube channels focused on content like LADbible Groups or creator‑led channels.</li> <li>YouTube Certified, with a deep and current knowledge of the YouTube platform; knowledge of Content ID.</li> <li>You may have created podcasts or worked in programming for TV and an added extra if you have worked across Spotify and in the FAST world.</li> <li>Skilled in Photoshop & familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro is a bonus.</li> <li>Strong experience in branding, typography, and design.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics.</li> <li>Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to build things, design and implement system/process improvements.</li> </ul> <p>At LADbible Group we\'ve rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work from home and the offices on a weekly basis.</p> <p>LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer.
