Our facility offers a wide range of entertainment options, including a robust indoor freeplay mega structure, cafe, and party rooms for various celebrations. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members who value high standards and contribute to the success of our facility.



Position Overview:

As a Crew Member at Syctron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, enjoyment, and satisfaction of our guests. This multifaceted position involves cashier responsibilities, amusement floor staff duties, cafe work, and party hosting. You will be the face of Syctron, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for all patrons.



Key Responsibilities:


Cashier:

  • Sell tickets to guests and provide information about facilities and entertainment options.
  • Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Verify waivers and collect fees from customers.


Amusement Floor Staff:

  • Announce rules and general expectations to guests entering the park and direct them to relevant areas.
  • Monitor guests for safety, ensuring they adhere to rules and regulations.
  • Keep informed about safety, communication, and emergency evacuation procedures.


Cafe Worker:

  • Prepare food items, including assembling pizzas, and other menu items.
  • Sell food, drinks, and refreshments to customers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe area.


Party Host:

  • Assist families and event organizers with birthday parties and special events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable celebration.
  • Coordinate with guests and oversee party activities.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Record attendance, sales, receipts, reservations, and repair activities.
  • Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment, assembling and disassembling equipment as needed.
  • Inspect equipment for wear and damage, performing minor repairs or maintenance tasks.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, attractions, facilities, work areas, and grounds.
  • Verify, collect, or issue tickets to patrons, ensuring compliance with ticket end times.
  • Provide assistance to patrons entering or exiting the facility.
  • Ensure ongoing safety and cleanliness to maximize the guest experience.


Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or entertainment-related role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
