<p>AYCE Capital is looking for an Event Coordinator to add to its team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that enhance the visibility of AYCE Capital and their MSPs in local and international markets. This includes identifying key industry conferences, networking events, and community initiatives, as well as coordinating all logistics to ensure AYCE Capital Executives, MSP managers &/ salespeople are positioned for maximum impact. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.</p><p> </p><p> <strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>Event Strategy & Planning:</strong></p><ul><li>Research, identify, recommend & organise relevant local and regional events (trade shows, industry forums, community gatherings, networking events) where MSP managers and sales teams should attend.</li><li>Develop and maintain an annual event calendar for all of AYCE Capital’s platform of MSPs.</li><li>Work with MSP managers to align events with business development goals and visibility objectives.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Logistics & Coordination:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage event registrations, booth reservations, travel arrangements, and accommodations for staff.</li><li>Coordinate event materials (banners, signage, branded merchandise, brochures, giveaways).</li><li>Oversee setup, teardown, and on-site coordination when necessary.</li><li>Create and manage any relevant marketing & promotion campaigns required for events (social media, emails, etc.)</li><li>Collect leads and feedback from events and work with Salespeople to ensure follow-up processes are in place.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Budgeting & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Track event budgets, expenses, and ROI.</li><li>Provide post-event reports with insights, attendance metrics, and recommendations for future participation to Operating Partner.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements</u>:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Located in Ontario</strong>: preferably in or close to the Greater Toronto Area</li><li><strong>Experience an Asset:</strong> 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role required. </li><li><strong>Independence:</strong> Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills without constant management.</li><li><strong>Communication</strong>: Ability to professionally facilitate meetings and tailor communication appropriately to the audience.</li><li><strong>Adaptability:</strong> Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, capable of responding effectively to shifting priorities and working in disorganized data environments.</li><li><strong>Diligence:</strong> A high attention to detail and consciousnesses. An ability to precisely follow directions in a timely manner.</li><li><strong>Ability to Travel: </strong>Business travel to visit portfolio companies and events may be required.
