Country Inns and Suites by Radisson of Gainesville, Florida is currently seeking Part-Time Front Desk Agents: The Front Desk position is a key part of the overall success of the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. Often, this is the first and last person a guest comes in contact with. It is very important that the individual possesses a strong outgoing personality, with an ability to pay close at ... tention to details. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others, while demonstrating an ability to work unsupervised. Duties & Responsibilities: • Greet guests in a friendly manner and follow check in procedures • Take payments and post accurately to guest accounts • Follow set polices regarding cash handling • Communicate with other departments in a friendly and professional manner • Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests • Handle incoming telephone calls and other guest communication in a efficient, friendly and discreet fashion • Accurately communicate with other shifts regarding issues arising from day to day operations • Must be able to work and complete training for all shifts: • Morning 6:15am-2:15pm • Evening 2:15pm-10:15pm • Audit/Overnight 10:15pm- 6:15am • Weekends and Holidays. • Shifts are typically 8hrs (Part time will be scheduled between 1 and 3 - 8hrs shifts) • Well Qualified Applicants: • Previous experience is preferred. • Knowledge of Choice Advantage is a plus. • Strong communication skills written and verbal are essential (Bi-lingual +) • Experience working in a multi-tasking, fast paced environment • Demonstrated 5-star customer service skills Hiring Process: The Country Inns and Suites by Radisson offers competitive wages.
