## RESPONSIBILITIES: šŸ“Lead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams šŸ“Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and programs. Support and collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects/initiatives they are leading šŸ“Drive projects from planning through implementation—scoping goals, building timelines, identifying key milestones, and managing communications šŸ“Use data to define success metrics, monitor project progress, and inform recommendations šŸ“Collaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends that inform decision-making šŸ“Help develop and implement solutions that make HR processes more scalable, consistent, and aligned with company priorities šŸ“Support organizational change efforts, including restructuring, realignments, and other transformation work šŸ“Ensure projects align with company culture, business strategy, and compliance expectations ## BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: šŸ“Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management šŸ“6+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or policy implementation (including, but not limited to, core HR initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, HR compliance) **If this role isn’t the perfect fit, there are plenty of exciting opportunities in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency startups, and remote crypto jobs to explore.
