font-size: 10pt">Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to developing video content strategies.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Write scripts, create outlines, and draft storyboards for video projects.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt">Plan video shoots, including casting talent, hiring crew, coordinating travel, creating call sheets, renting equipment, booking locations, managing budgets, scheduling, sourcing props, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt">Oversee video shoots, which are generally smaller productions, including overseeing crew and talent needs, interviewing or directing talent, keeping everyone on schedule, checking off shot lists, troubleshooting, etc.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
