EU Stores CX’s Detail Page vision is to transform product evaluation and discovery from a text-heavy interface, employing little context of the shopper’s journey, to a visuals-driven, brand-themed experience that utilizes the full context of the shopper’s mission to present the right amount of information within and outside of Amazon. To deliver the vision, we partner directly with BuyX, global detail page owners, and across EU Stores Product Families, to own global themes of work.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive key programs and business goals to accelerate the simplification of product detail page CX. This role is focused on launching net-new product innovation in the EU and and owning associated go-to-market activities. You will own creating, executing and optimizing program mechanisms to automate, scale, and extend critical customer innovations across categories and countries. In doing so, you will act as the Voice of the Customer for EU detail page customers, evangelizing customer, business, and seller partner needs across our tech partner teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong Program Manager who is customer obsessed, autonomous, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, and be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written).

London (UK) is the preferred location for this position however this role can be based in any of the following EU locations: Madrid (Spain), Milan (Italy), Clichy (France), Munich or Berlin (Germany), or Luxembourg.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program management including content management, communication, delivery, analytics and reporting.
  • Own global partnerships to enable feature launches into EU.
  • Dive deep into customer needs across EU product lines to understand critical pain points, purchase journeys, and product opportunities.
  • Conduct analyses into feature usage and engagement.
  • Respond to changes in products/programs/features/policies by revising goals at the pace of innovation.
  • Facilitate feature requirements gathering through partnership with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams.
  • Identify and define Key Performance Indicators for owned programs.
  • Proactively drive change and continuous improvement in support of the business goals.
  • Foster tight partnerships with key stakeholders. This role in particular requires strong relationships with peers in EU Retail and WW engineering teams.
  • Proactively communicate your teams' plans and accomplishments in both verbal and written narratives to ensure alignment with senior leadership and technical partners.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
