We are launching our opening management team in Buckeye, and we need leaders ready to set the standard. At Five Guys, management isn't about standing around with a clipboard. It is about mastering the grill, jumping on the fry station, and coaching your crew during the lunch rush.

We don't use freezers, timers, or microwaves. Everything is fresh, which means you will manage real food preparation and high-energy service. If you want a role where you can earn weekly cash bonuses based on your team's performance and lead by example, this is your opportunity.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Rotate through every station, from the grill to the register, ensuring the crew feels supported.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure every burger and fry order meets our high standards for taste and presentation.
  • Team Coaching: Train crew members on safety, customer service, and efficiency to help them grow.
  • Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and dining area at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service, retail, or customer service leadership.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Reliable transportation to arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift moderate weight with or without reasonable accommodation.
