Overview

As a key member of the Global Appliances Category Team, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic range within our appliance portfolio. You’ll drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and exceed market expectations. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who wants to shape the future growth of the category, translating insights into disruptive, consumer-led innovation pipeline. This role requires strong collaboration across global and local teams, working with R&D, Markets, Commercialization, Insights, Design, Supply Chain, and PepsiCo brand teams.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the appliances category across multiple markets
  • Lead consumer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities
  • Define product requirements and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility
  • Collaborate with R&D, design, supply chain, and marketing teams to bring products to market
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on customer feedback and data
  • Own pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new launches

Qualifications

  • Master degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • >7 years marketing experience in product & innovation — ideally in FMCG or Appliances. Experience in energy drinks or functional hydration is a plus.
  • Consumer-centric mindset, with a deep passion to understand consumer behavior
  • Strong strategic acumen with a bias for action and experimentation turning insights into winning ideas.
  • A team player who loves to work in a fast-paced culturally diverse, collaborative matrix organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Passion for sustainability, wellness, and consumer-led disruption.
  • Happy to travel / work flexibly in a remote team set-up
