Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic and patient-focused Telecallers to connect with people suffering from PCOD, Joint Pain, and Psoriasis. The role involves calling patients, explaining our Ayurvedic treatment options, answering their queries, and booking appointments for consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to patients interested in PCOD, Joint Pain, or Psoriasis treatments.
  • Explain Ayurvedic treatment benefits in a simple & convincing way.
  • Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a database of patients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Convert patient inquiries into confirmed consultations.
  • Meet weekly and monthly call/lead conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Prior telecalling/healthcare sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional languages are a plus).
  • Patient, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM entry).

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).
