This role is ideal for someone passionate about live music and eager to build a career in the live entertainment or ticketing industry.<br>You’ll play a critical support role in tour planning, ticketing coordination, campaign reporting, and stakeholder communication. Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you’ll help ensure tours run smoothly from announcement through to final onsales, while learning the intricacies of the artist and promoter landscape.<br><strong>What You Will Be Doing<br></strong><ul><li>Assist in collating and organising tour-level information such as tour names, routing, schedules, presale mechanics, ticket limits, and unique code requirements. </li><li>Act as a liaison between agents, promoters, labels, and internal Ticketmaster teams to ensure timely communication and delivery of required assets (e.g. copy for mailers, landing page needs). </li><li>Distribute key information to clients such as tour links, view stats, presale performance data, and queue counts — helping promoters and agents make informed decisions. </li><li>Track ticketing performance metrics (e.g., onsale traffic, sell-through rates) and escalate any trends that may require attention (e.g. high demand or low inventory). </li><li>Assist in the coordination of presale and onsale campaigns, ensuring key stakeholders have access to appropriate resources and timelines. </li><li>Maintain internal documentation and trackers to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on event setup details and client expectations. </li><li>Shadow senior team members to learn about Ticketmaster Music’s product suite </li><li>Support the team with the preparation of internal and external presentations, reports, and weekly status updates. </li><li>Monitor incoming requests from artists, managers, and promoters, escalating to the appropriate contact within the business as needed. </li><li>Contribute to the maintenance of a region-level pipeline of local information including TM offers/products/services in discussion, to be reported on a weekly basis; </li><li>Contribute to a positive, artist-first culture while representing Ticketmaster professionally in all communications.<br></li> </ul><strong>WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)<br></strong><ul><li>Proven years of relevant experience in live entertainment, music, events, or a related administrative or coordination role. </li><li>A passion for live music and an interest in building relationships within the music industry. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident engaging with both internal teams and external clients. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus. </li><li>Comfortable handling data, reporting stats, and using logic to help inform decisions. </li><li>Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. </li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.<br></li> </ul><strong>NICE TO HAVE<br></strong><ul><li>Previous experience working with promoters, agents, record labels or artists. </li><li>Understanding of how a tour is structured or marketed. </li><li>Familiarity with digital ticketing, fan engagement tools, or pricing strategies. </li><li>Knowledge of the UK and IE live music ecosystem.<br></li> </ul><strong>LIFE AT TICKETMASTER<br></strong>We are proud to be a part of Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s largest live entertainment company.<br>Our vision at Ticketmaster is to connect people around the world to the live events they love.
