In this role, you will be a strategic leader, change agent, and trusted advisor. You will guide data-driven decision-making that fuels profitable growth by conducting deep data analysis, synthesizing complex insights into compelling narratives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to craft solutions that meet strategic revenue growth goals of multiple categories. You will identify high-impact opportunities through key RGM levers, including Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Trade Optimization, eCommerce, and Omnichannel growth strategies. Location: Working Remote USA In this role you will: Serve as a strategic thought partner to brand and commercial teams, providing qualitative and qualitative analysis. Shape the strategic direction of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) by fostering innovative, data-driven approaches. Develop and optimize new RGM approaches utilizing syndicated data, account-specific data, financial data, and advanced data visualization techniques. Lead the development of multi-year, multi-lever brand revenue and profit growth plans, ensuring long-term value creation. Influence and guide key workstreams, often in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Brand, Consumer & Category Insights, Innovation, Finance, eCommerce, Sales, Legal, Operations, IT), providing and/or managing analytical support to drive informed decision-making. What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: Bachelor\'s Degree 4+ years of experience in CPG or related industry with demonstrated success in RGM related fields Proven ability to leverage RGM levers (including price pack architecture, mix management, promotion management, trade terms, etc.) to develop actionable strategies and drive measurable business outcomes. Demonstrated capabilities in translating complex data into clear, impactful storytelling, delivering insights to diverse stakeholders. Solution-oriented thinker with strong change management leadership, strategic influencing, and executive communication skills. Track record of driving cross-functional alignment and influencing business decisions through consultative, data-backed recommendations. A relentless commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and professional development. Strong business partnering and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
