You’ll lead the strategy behind how we engage, nurture, and re-engage our users across multiple channels.<br><br>The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution: analytical enough to uncover insights in customer data, creative enough to turn them into compelling communications, and tech-savvy enough to leverage AI-driven personalization at scale. Your goal will be to guide more users from first interest to confident enrollment.<br><br>What you will do:<br><br><strong>In your first 3 months, you’ll:<br><br></strong><strong>Optimize Current Processes</strong>: Audit and optimize our current CRM experiments (segmentation, data flows, automations across email, SMS, Conversica, and Retell AI) to uncover missed revenue opportunities.<br><br><strong>Define CRM Success</strong>: Define and implement CRM success metrics directly tied to business goals, enrollments, re-engagements, and CAC.<br><br><strong>Speed To Impact:</strong> Identify and execute the top 3 quick-win growth opportunities that can deliver measurable conversion improvement and contribute to reducing CAC within the first quarter.<br><br><strong>Long Term Strategy</strong>: Build a long-term CRM roadmap with clearly prioritized hypotheses, projects, and automation backlog, ensuring the team’s efforts align with company goals.<br><br><strong>Identify Team Structure</strong>: Define resource needs (team structure, tools) required to scale CRM impact.<br><br><strong>12 Month Goals | You will reduce CAC and achieved a 30% lift in lead-to-enrollment conversion through the following focuses:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Established a repeatable experimentation process that consistently drives double-digit improvements in lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.</li><li>Implemented scalable, AI-driven personalization that improves engagement, reduces drop-offs, and boosts enrollment conversion by 30%.</li><li>Built a clean, reliable CRM data infrastructure that ensures accurate event tracking and real-time insights for business decisions</li><li>Run initial A/B tests (triggers, messaging, channel mix) to validate key hypotheses and establish a testing cadence for ongoing optimization.</li><li>Lead and expand the CRM team to execute and iterate on experiments that continuously optimize the user journey.</li><li>Created cross-functionally partnerships with content, product, and performance teams to deliver adaptive CRM experiences that improve lifetime value and retention.<br><br></li></ul>Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention strategy roles, including at least 2 years leading CRM or lifecycle teams.</li><li>Proven record of driving measurable growth through emails, SMS, conversational AI tools.</li><li>Sharp analytical skills: you’re comfortable digging into data, spotting patterns, and turning insights into action.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to connect CRM initiatives to core business metrics.</li><li>Experience managing or collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales).</li><li>Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, including segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.</li><li>Experience from e-commerce, subscription, fintech, or edtech environments, industries known for handling large datasets, high user volumes, and personalized customer journeys.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-driven CRM tools and predictive analytics (e.g., lead scoring, churn prediction, dynamic content generation).</li><li>Strategic communicator able to advocate for CRM’s impact across departments.</li><li>Curiosity for testing and innovation, comfortable experimenting with emerging tools (e.g., AI content assistants, conversational CRM).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Location: <br><br></strong>Candidates based in the <strong>UK</strong>, <strong>Germany</strong>,<strong> Netherlands</strong> are preferred.
