Your role is to lead our largest and most strategic customer onboardings, ensuring enterprise clients realise the full value of Re-Leased. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise implementations, balancing multiple stakeholders and timelines Act as the primary liaison between client leadership, project sponsors, and internal teams Design, manage, and execute project plans, including scope definition, milestones, and risk management Lead customer workshops to map business processes and configure solutions to enterprise needs Oversee and guide data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and compliance Provide training and change management support to client teams, ensuring successful adoption Influence internal product roadmaps by surfacing enterprise requirements and industry insights Partner with Sales and Customer teams to ensure smooth handovers and long-term customer value What you’ll bring (Qualifications) Proven experience leading enterprise-level software implementations (preferably in commercial real estate, property management, or client accounting) Deep knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, Xero) and data migration best practices Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both executive and operational teams Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with project tools Experience delivering process redesign and change management at scale Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment Our culture People First : One team globally; our people and customers always come first.
