As a strategic partner to Engineering leadership, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage our core values to align people-first solutions with business priorities.</p><p><strong>About The Job</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a strategic thought partner to Engineering leadership, advising on key areas like organizational development, succession planning, and performance management.</li><li>Champion our employees by fostering growth opportunities, designing career development initiatives, and offering expertise in areas like learning, total rewards, and employee relations.</li><li>Create and execute innovative people strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier, diverse talent in a competitive environment.</li><li>Lead by example as a culture advocate, promoting Instacart’s values to guide decision-making and navigate change management in a dynamic workplace.</li><li>Collaborate with various People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) and client groups to deliver initiatives and process improvements that drive meaningful impact.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><p>At Instacart, we’re looking for people who take ownership, act with empathy, and thrive in environments where collaboration is key to success.</p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth technology company and 7+ years of overall HR or related work experience.</li><li>Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful people programs and strategies.</li><li>Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of employment laws and their application in day-to-day people operations.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively in ambiguous environments.</li><li>BA/BS degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience supporting Engineering, Product, or Design organizations.</li><li>Passion for working in environments undergoing rapid growth and change.</li></ul><p>Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.</p><p>Offers may vary based on many factors, such as candidate experience and skills required for the role.
