Whether you have deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you\'re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.</p><b>What this job involves</b><ul><li>Support IFM transitions for new accounts, expansions, or renewals using JLL Corporate Solutions, standard processes, and best practices.</li><li>Evaluate clients/accounts for need, value, and readiness for Reliability & Asset Management and Engineering Services activities.</li><li>Prepare strategy, systems, and action plans for implementing engineering solutions for client sites using a combination of existing and new tools.</li><li>Implement action plans through resources including self, direct reports, matrixed reports, peers, clients, and third-party firms.</li><li>Monitor, communicate, and escalate project status.</li><li>Provide account team induction, onboarding, and training per the global new account engineering onboarding process and playbook.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of logbooks, engineering playbooks, and Safe Systems of Work.</li><li>Assist in implementing standards aligned with JCAP (JLL Client Assurance Programme), including training, mentoring, and auditing for compliance.</li><li>Act as a contact for engineering support to accounts.</li><li>Enforce a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe working practices and aim for a zero-accident rate.</li><li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert across workstreams such as Business Solutioning, Transition Management, Operational Management, Project Management, Consultancy, Compliance, and Audit.</li><li>Provide technical support to IFM account leadership in areas like Smart Building operation, IOC, escalation management, and technical advice.</li><li>Conduct competency assessments, manage scenario testing, validate supplier recommendations, and oversee contract and vendor performance.</li><li>Participate in the EMEA Engineering forum to promote best practices and innovation.</li><li>Undertake RCA following incidents and manage corrective actions.</li></ul><b>Interested? An ideal candidate would need the following qualifications</b><b>Desired experience and technical skills</b><ul><li>8-10 years in engineering operations within IFM.</li><li>A university degree in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering (preferably electrical or mechanical).</li><li>Experience leading or managing teams and demonstrating followership.</li><li>A mindset of continuous improvement and change promotion.</li><li>Experience deploying large-scale initiatives across diverse teams and geographies.</li><li>Understanding of Engineering Delivery, commercial implications, risks, and change management.</li><li>Strong collaborative leadership, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Broad understanding of IFM commercial structures and client expectations.</li></ul><p>If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
