Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to build their career with our team at Applebee’s – Virginia Beach as a Part-Time Server. This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly wage, with less than 4 hours of work per shift. Job Description:

As a Server at Applebee’s – Virginia Beach, your primary responsibility is to provide outstanding service to our guests. You will be the face of our restaurant and play a critical role in providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

– Excellent customer service skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Knowledge of menu items and cocktails

– Must be at least 18 years old

– Must have a reliable mode of transportation

Responsibilities:

– Greet guests and make them feel comfortable

– Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests

– Take beverage and food orders

– Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner

– Check-in with guests to ensure that everything is going well

– Clear dirty dishes from table

– Refill beverages throughout the meal

– Deliver guests bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant

– Work with other servers and be a team player
